That is the "SET" it has lots of screening, player movement, ball movement, and spacing to get to a mismatch and then take advantage of it. Either get shots in the paint, free throws, or 3-point shots. They use analytics to hunt for mismatches

Yeah, consistency of effort and grinding better teams down is a solid approach.
