The way SU is playing today is the way I remember SU lacrosse. Lacrosse if fun again. I know Holy Crosses is at a severe talent deficiency, but the point is clear, Gary Gait is bringing back the ability of players to take advantage of the moment. I love it when a defensive midfielder runs the ball down and shoots or passes for the quick score. I understand set plays, but when an opening develops, let the kids recognize it and take advantage of it. HCGG is s=doing so.
Also enjoying Petro's defense. The D seems very aggressive. Again, know the Orange overmatch Holy Cross, but I think this is what we can expect.
