My wife and I are thinking of doing this game this year. Was wondering where everyone is staying? It looks like Charlottesville is pretty full.

We're staying at the Super 8 in Waynesboro. 30 minutes drive to UVA. Unless you got money to burn, you're looking at that area probably.

Also check Oakhurst Inn. It's a boutique and old hotel (formerly an old home or old campus building I think). They have a couple of buildings and units in each. All modern units. Really nice staff. It's adjacent to campus. I was in Charlottesville for three weeks late summer. My GF loved it when she visited. I can also tell you what restaurant to check out. GREAT college town for eats and libations.

It's UVa's homecoming, which is a big deal in those parts. If you want a nicer place stay about an hour outside then drive down (like a Winchester / Warrenton / Front Royal type of deal)

There are still tent camp sites at the Charlottesville KOA. If you don't mind roughing it, my brother and I are staying there and inviting other SU fans still looking for accommodations to join up for a big party.

Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. Just cancelled a second room I had so at least one is available.

Also check Culpepper and Madison, VA, for hotels. They're on US 29, north of C'ville, but south of Warrenton.
