Houston , ladies and gentlemen is a different team since the b12 announcement of not adding any teams . the team dynamic has changed with herman now a possibility of jumping ship for a p5 job . its so apparent. anazing what a dynamic or chemistry change will do to a team . this team went from a final 4 possibility to out of the top 25 in a few weeks. herman lost this team . there are talks of where he will jump too and his staff is in limbo too.
