find a home in the portal? Maybe they come back hat in hand.
75% don't.Lol what a post
Apparently 75% of players do just that. The amount of players that go into the portal not knowing where they’re going to go is surprisingly low. Heck, I think we end up with a portal player that we received interest from before his name was in there.
I would not hold your breathe on Deuce and Carter coming back.
You are saying 75% players that enter the portal come back to the school they are leaving?Apparently 75% of players do just that.
I believe someone posted that roughly 75% of players entering the portal don't get to a new school. I could be wrong. You are saying 75% players that enter the portal come back to the school they are leaving?
If it’s 1300 kids, 975 come back
You have a link for this or just guessing?

I guess if you factor in kids that go anywhere at all I could see it higher then I’m thinkingI believe someone posted that roughly 75% of players entering the portal don't get to a new school. I could be wrong.
Exactly right. Our starters in portal are getting huge paydays.I still don't get why starters leave unless it's only for a huge payday

Neither of those guys are worth “huge” paydays.Exactly right. Our starters in portal are getting huge paydays.

According to this article its more around 50%, which isn't great but I imagine a lot of that 50% is lower level players, walkons, backups etc. We already saw Jeremiah Wilson come back, but P5 starters like Chestnut and Carter know they have schools willing to take them.

I feel like if they were going to Nebraska, we’d have an idea by now.
That doesn't mean that they all comeback. It means there is a large number that never find a new home.Apparently 75% of players do just that.
Do walk-ons have to enter the portal? That seems pointless.Half of College Athletes in Transfer Portal Go Unsigned | BestColleges

Or, as I call it: The Portal to NowhereThat doesn't mean that they all comeback. It means there is a large number that never find a new home.
I think you’d be surprised. The gap between what we can pay and others are offering is shockingly big. Big enough that these kids will leave a school, team and coaches they love.Neither of those guys are worth “huge” paydays.
