In this case Shaduer seems to have earned his chance at the next level.

Fair however he is not a #1 overall caliber pick or that would make this one of the weakest drafts I’ve ever seen. Honestly it is already weak but him going first overall would be the icing on the cake.

Jerry Jones made one really good move as owner, he hired Jimmy Johnson. Then his ego forced him to screw that up and has prevented him from ever fixing it. If he doesn't force out Johnson, they may have had a Belichick/Pats like run.

Jerry has way too much money so he can do lots of dumb stuff.

He knows he doesn’t have many years left so he’s desperate for a fast fix. I wouldn’t be shocked to see him buy out Deion, eat Dax’s contract and pay both Sanders a gross amount of money.

Only to lose more because the culture will still suck under Deion who will flame out by year 3
