i know coaches cant work with the kids, but what if the kids got together with the current BG qb and worked in the offseason would that be allowed? or some other kid with the baylor type background there has to be a few floating around.
Won't help much. They have to learn the new verbiage, playbook, including blocking and pass patterns etc.
Their offense is very complicated/extensive. The MAC Championship game only showed a part of the offense. The devil is in the details and all the details are different.
The most important element is the QB as he is required to make pre-snap reads on every play very quickly. BG calls play packages (most everyone does) and relies on the QB to make the best read pre and post snap. They have a lot more and different hot reads mostly because they have 3 or 4 receivers most plays. Everyone has to be on the same page all the time.
For example, they will split the slot receivers out very wide and then throw a screen pass with the slot receiver 4 yards downfield. Very different.
Yes, we were on it before basically any other school, if I'm not mistaken.is SU in on the VR that schools like stanford use to get the qbs reps? now would be a good time to get the kids up to speed faster
Yes, and fortunately we have a few of them. Culpepper and Scott are both smart kids as well.Demonstrating an even greater need to have a smart QB like Dungey who has already shown he can learn a system quickly.
Yes, I believe I heard Eric Dungey talking about using the virtual system in one of his interviews.is SU in on the VR that schools like stanford use to get the qbs reps? now would be a good time to get the kids up to speed faster
