Kuroda is the number 2, the other 4 guys are vying for 3-4-5 until Andy comes back and slots into the 3. Ultimately CC-Kuroda-Andy-Hughes-Pineda/Nova. Garcia in long relief. Pineda/Nova loser to AAA.

I don't know. Even if Pettitte pitches well, I'm not sure he will be better than any of those guys.
These things tend to sort themselves out naturally anyway. Someone will get hurt eventually.
