His awful end of 1st half clock management finally came back to bite him. That was a huge FG at the end of half by USF that should have NEVER happened. May have cost SU the game. Remember that if USF does not have those 3 points it is 20-10 in the 4th instead of 23-10. That is a huge difference. Instead of going for it on 4th twice we could have kicked a FG to pull within one score. The reason why Marrone went for it both times was because a FG at 23-10 still makes it a two possession deficit. However a FG down 20-10 is only one possession. He screwed up big time. No excuse. It wasn't like we were in danger of running out of time had it let the clock roll. He needs to take a time management class because he is god awful at it.
