I don't think there's much a new coach can take away from this. Mahoney is the 5th string qb and couldn't get the ball to people. Plus we are running an option and I doubt That's in any ones playbook that will be coming in. If anything a new coach will see the amount of young players that played well and get excited.

I respectfully disagree. He should or will know that Zack is a walk-on and that Dungey was the starter until his predecessor kept him in the game too long. He saw Ishmael and Jordan He may also might have spotted some dogs. He had to like Cordy and maybe he will try his best to keep him from transferring. He isn't the only player on defense that excelled today. I'm not saying he comes in well informed about his new players and really he needs to watch the available video and get them on the practice field to complete his evaluation. Today would only be a START.
