For the first time, I feel the boys put together a solid game on the road against top 10 talent.

And while I held out hope this team could pull it together for a stretch run into the tournament, tonight's game showed they just don't have enough...

Not enough chemistry
Not enough moxie
Not enough toughness
Not enough rebounding
Not enough knowledge of the zone
Not enough leadership

At this point, I'd like to see as many players get as much run as possible in preparation for 2017/18

Yup, feels like a lost season.

Run for who?

Unfair to make a strong judgement vs. a top 10 team at their place. Lydon was arguably the best player on the floor in 2nd half

why do you write a list of 6 things "not enough of" when there is really only one. not enough talent. we are slotting 35+ minutes into white and gillon, guys we would have never recruited and guys that should never have played here. either the staff was incompetent, or they were so hamstrung by sanctions that they couldn't get it done. but moyer as a redshirt is a miss, chukwu is a huge miss (I don't care about the injury he was not ready to play this year). to waste a season on two grad transfers that stink is hugely irresponsible.

Wouldn't say Moyer redshirting is a miss. We may very well be talking about how great that move was in 4 years. And it's not like a freshman that wasn't ready would've made much of a difference this year, especially since he'd be behind Lydon and Robey.

The rest, I agree with. We don't have a ton of talent. Probably bottom 5 in the ACC, pretty easily. And the depth isn't there either. That's the issue with this team and this program going forward, there just isn't enough talent to compete in the top third of the ACC.

White was recruited to Kansas. Gillon is the only guy on the roster who was not a top 100 recruit. We have talent. JB and the staff just doesn't seem to make players better, or at least not enough of them, and not quickly enough.
