I hope Lataviuos Murray runs it down Marrone throat

E.J. Manuel should start next week just to get another game on tape to elevate him on.

3rd and 1- pass

3rd and 22- give up a first down

Sums up buffalo. me.

so buffalo doesnt thinkout of the box goes for one and trails 17-19.. downside is a miss means a FG only ties.. upside is a make means you have a shot no matter what oakland does..

but why didnt oakland go for 2 to go up 27-17?

Miss the 2 and its a one score game.

Poorly coached game by Bills. Only one pass beyond 5 yards, which went for a TD. They ended up lucking into a TD on the last possession, but they legit threw a -2 yard flat pass to a TE in the 2 minute offense.

A lot to learn from these guys, if not getting a great QB.

Refs had nothing to do with this loss, have to be fair. Marrone and staff were just out coached by a 2-12 crew when they had everything on the line.

The refs helped the Bills in fact. The Tuck phantom hold and the missed hit to Carr's head.

Raiders conspiracy > Bills conspiracy

Tuck held a RB going into a screen pattern, that is called 99% of the time, 101% if it's a Patriot RB. He should have been flagged for whining about that. He's a veteran, he knows the rules.

Regardless, having numerous crossing patterns that are short of the yard to gain is not a winning strategy, its a losers strategy.

Keep the D, get Kiko back, figure out the offense, and learn how not to suck as a coaching staff and there's a chance next year.

my favorite was nate's play action pass down by 9 and time running out. fooled everybody, right?

And here I thought you were one of the better posters on Syracuse Fan.
suck it Marrone...Silver and Black!
Are you telling me that, if you were in Marrone's shoes, you would have turned down the opportunity to financially set your family up for life in order to stay at Syracuse University and coach for far less money. I don't believe you. And, I certainly don't respect your position.

Thanks for pointing this out, reminding me…

The play-action there hurts the offense more than the defense…less time looking downfield, etc.

Really pathetic call and calls into question bigger issues. That's what Ivy League coaches call who are making $125k do…really poor

entire offensive philosophy seems to be minimize mistakes on offense and put all hope on special teams and defense to either score or deliver excellent field position. had great field position early and did zilch. tired of this unimaginative conservatism. offensive line is regressing.

I know, it sucks when refs enforce rules.

Consider it payback for Jack Tatum paralyzingly Daryl Stingley in a preseason game.

Ivy League coaches are stupid? I never would have thought that. :noidea:

No Gilmore no Dareus no difference to Marrone punt!

It's cool. I only had Buffalo's defense for all three of my fantasy championships today. I mean, after shutting down two HOF QBs, no chance Carr would give them issues.

Unfotrtunately not surprised one bit, actually called this last week after the GB game and friends were congratulating me on the Bills win. Didn't matter if we had Brady and the 85 Bears on D, Buffalo was going to find a way to lose this game, it was inevitable. D is in good shape for next year, have to get a few guys on the O line and get another RB on board. Jackson is in the twilight of his career and Spiller is vastly overrated. Maybe Brown is the answer, need to definitely draft another back as well. QB situation is what it is at this point, not a lot of Bullets left. Could look at a trade for Cutler but we all know hes not the answer. Maybe try drafting a guy in the mid rounds and let Orton/Manuel battle it out again pre season. Oh well probably better to lose today versus next week in New England where the weren't winning no matter what.

Doesn't matter who is at rb, they can't run because they can't block. They got destroyed

This is pathetic. Just had to beat the Raiders - that's all we had to do.
The Chiefs just had to beat the Raiders too, but they lost @ Oakland. That loss will likely make a difference as to whether they make the playoffs or not.

The close losses this season to @ Houston, KC, @ Denver, and @ Oakland are coming back to haunt the Bills now.

Also, the last 4 game stretch of the schedule is brutal this year (did the SU Athletic Department schedule this?). Buffalo had a game @ Denver, then back home against Green Bay, then fly out to west @ Oakland, then fly all the way back east to play @ New England to end the season. The only way it could have been worse is if they had played @ Seattle instead of @ Oakland.

Even if they had beat Oakland yesterday, they still would have needed to be beat New England this coming week-end and get a lot of help to make the playoffs. They need to keep the defense together and improve on offense this off season and they can make a run next season.

i hated that play call. how much have they practiced that play? they don't run that bunch bvllsh!t that much. i don't understand what is so hard about spreading WR out and sneaking up the middle. does marrone think the defense will leave watkins alone out there?
