Babers is such a great hire for our program that it is hard to believe we actually landed him.

If in fact Frost was our first choice we are so fortunate that he passed. Babers is exactly what this programs needs. I believe that within three years we crack the top 15

That's a good comparison, it'll be interesting how it plays out. Frost was smart though because he won't have to do a lot to show improvement over last year, so it's a win/win situation for him. I think it will be years down the road at his next school that we'll see if he's a genius or more like Kiffin... as a HC.
