I was fortunate to meet Dave Bing

maybe 20 years ago. My son got two high-end tickets to a Pistons game from a classmate in Saline, MI whose father had corporate seating. I looked up during warmups, and two rows behind me was Dave Bing. I introduced myself as a Syracuse grad and a super-enthusiastic SU basketball fan. He was very gracious; we shook hands, spoke a few words, and I went back to my seat.

Have also had the opportunity to listen to Dave Bing him speak and talk with. He is total class; a great human.
