We aren't likely to get MSG now but if UVA lost to Pitt and NC State beat Duke it would be interesting. However UVA isn't losing.

No there is not

It is highly unlikely but the only way it can happen now is Kansas/Iowa State, Villanova, Virginia and Duke all finish on 2 line but villanova ranked higher than Duke and Virginia so they get east getting the east. If Duke loses to NC State and then Virginia wins acct it could also happen

For resale purposes Duke or Michigan would be best bets to sell your MSG tickets. Michigan is a huge freaking school so they have plenty of alums to snap them up. Duke has many alums/fans in tri-state area. Even though it's close Nova is still a small private school so you may not get max profits if Nova is there.
