It won't, and that's not fair. However, the institutions that are allowing their employees to break the rules by turning a blind eye need to keep tighter reigns on them. Maybe they could put writing in their contract saying if violations are found to have occured under their watch, they must pay back x% of their earnings regardless of who they are currently employed by.
The people who get punished by the NCAA are rarely the people who committed the rule breaking acts. Just look at Calipari, both UMass and Memphis had to vacate their Final Four yet he keeps upgrading his coaching job.
