I have no first hand knowledge of the man at all, but from what have seen or heard from others who have met with him, I believe:
he is a man of his word;
that being a HFC at a northeastern school is his dream;
that helping young men, but especially young black men, and particularly those from Camden NJ, become leaders in their communities and great fathers and husbands in their homes is his mission;
that is not a man who can be seduced by more money;
his success here will allow him to use his people skills to bring our NIL into a top 20 situation (counting on new firms like Micron to be good partners with SU)
If SU and the community keep up their end of things, this will be his only college HC job.
( I would never begrudge him taking a shot at the NFL, but I don’t think that is what he wants.)
