He definitely made the right decision if he is a day 2 pick.
Hope he can maybe sneak up even more.
His height is helpful. He really held up well in man to man coverage this year.
No corner outside of Deion Sanders can completely shut down a WR but Meli was definitely solid as a rock for our secondary.

Hate to see these guys leave but if they can get drafted in the early rounds, you really have to look out for yourself. Having SU players in the draft makes the draft more exciting than just paying attention to see who my team drafts.

Plus these guys can be used as recruiting pitches for SU when the staff is competing against other schools for recruits.

I don't think he leaves if he doesn't get a pretty good rating or whatever they do now he goes day 2 imo

Precisely. He also shut down a lot of good receivers throughout the year. I thought a team would get a steal in a fifth round ala Alton but obviously rooting for him to go higher. I think he and Trill have best upside in the league. Trill could be a solid safety in the nfl. Same with Cisco.

If there's a combine, he's the type of size/speed athlete someone always falls in love with. I would have thought rounds 2-4.
