everyone has their hobbies, or their favorite teams etc...syracuse football is mine and I will support this program if we are 0-12 or 12-0. I will lead cheers against cinci and won't stop until that goal of getting to a bowl game is reached. Look I am emotinally exhuasted as you all are, it may sound stupid but I pour my heart into each game I attend or watch. I only want the best for marrone and after talking with him at the coach's show my desire for this program to do great things is at an unmeasurable level. Somehow someway we will beat cinci I just dont see senior day being a letdown and the past month being the swan song of this season. NEVER STOP BELIEVING.

I'm in. Sure, there are real issues here as this team "should" not be 5-5 against this schedule. But we have seen far worse in recent history and the seniors deserve our support on their senior day. Especially Bailey. That guy led the charge against Notre Dame when everyone on the planet had written us off. I was at that game and the Irish fans finally felt victory was at hand once they were leading 23-10. But them came the Orange, led by Ant. For that along, he deserves a proper send off.

Look, guys. His first year was a wash. Second year exceeded expectations and probably set the bar too high. Year 3 has been a struggle. We probably surprised a lot of teams last year and this year teams are more prepared (and also looking to stick it to us, being that we're leaving for the ACC).

In year 4 we get to see what adjustments Marrone makes. Will ST be addressed? Will the offense be tweaked? Hackett? How does recruiting look? Etc, etc.

We're a small private school in frigid upstate NY. It will take a special coach to bring in wins. It's very unlikely we get a kickass coach...and get him to stick around. We need Marrone to be a Beamer type of coach. I'd be very okay with that. We're going to the ACC. BC is down. Rutgers isn't ACC (yet). UConn isn't ACC (yet). I don't see that changing at least until ND's TV contract is up (2014, I believe). And then we have the PSU scandal, which I hate to say, will be beneficial to us.

Everyone needs to just relax and support the team. Marrone is NOT going to be FIRED. No matter what anyone here says. Hope for one more win, a bowl, and see how next year goes.

I have missed one home game in 20 years and would love to see the boys knock off Cincy. The extra practices for the bowl game are huge for a rebuilding football program.

my dad started bringing me to games when i was 3...now when i can, i bring my daughters to the game. i always bleed orange no matter what and i consider it tradition for my family to go up there every saturday for football...my home away from home! no matter what.
