This was some good info from the normally stoic head guy. Ge didn't vacation this summer staying around for workouts. That's interesting in terms of hours of contact. I am sure compliance is right on top of it but can DINO be in the wgt room for workouts for example? Regardless, he knows its a pivotal year and he is all in. Love him.

Don't know about a bowl but we've had a surprising upset treat twice in the last two years. I think two of those this year would be a great marker of improvement.
