I like Parkins but watching footage of him trying to throw 1st pitch at the Royals game one night I can't take his baseball commentary seriously. My 9 year old daughter throws better, I know it's not tight just the way I feel

Where did you happen to see that? I live in the Kansas City area and nothing would make me happier than Parkins beating Kevin Keitzman, his main sports talk competitor during afternoon drive time. Keitzman is the most egotistical schmuck I've ever heard and needs to be brought down a notch.

There just wasn't enough room in this market for talent like Parkins AND Lindsley/Axe. It's the same reason Adam Shein was forced out. Glad to see Danny is doing well.
