Indoor Practice Facility Signage

Apologize if someone referenced it already...However, I just wanted to let everyone know that the signage on the outside of the practice facility started to go up. A huge block S with Syracuse University in a nice font are already on the side of the building.

There appeared to be markers for the name of the facility as well at least but that was not up as of about a half hour or so ago.

It really looks terrific. Not sure if the S illuminates or will be lit with some flood lights but it is a welcome addition. I apologize for no pictures as I did not get the chance.

Love how stark the S is against the white building I would have gone bigger with the S but this looks tasteful for the long term. It keeps more focus on the scale and presence of the building than the sign on it.

Remember how big the building is. I bet that S is 10 feet tall. Look at it with respect to the front doors on the building. It may be even taller than that.

I for one like the signage. It looks appropriate for the building. The Ensley name should be extremely prominent but it is in balance with the SU logo.

Had to have been under Gross' rule, no? Signs like this must have been in the planning and ordering stages at least 6 months ago.

I just said the same thing to myself on Tuesday when I got back. Got stuck in window seat, so was able to look outside. First thing I noticed.

With Ensley, we've arrived. We have all the tools to compete. As I have said to multiple people, we now have 3 indoor practice facilities. Who else can claim that?

I think someone here said that the plan was to have larger signage but the city wouldn't allow it due to some building code or such.
