Insert Quotes not working?

Can't get it to actually insert the quotes I've grabbed.

Just tried and worked...I clicked Quote (below your post), then hit the trusty "Insert Quotes" button right below where you reply (bottom left) then a popup and click the "Quote these Messages" button when you get that popup.
Might not work if you have disabled popups.
