What is everyone looking at as the game nears?
For me, it is how our relatively small DL matches up against their extremely large, senior laden offensive line. Not saying their line is great or even good, but they are big and experienced. How effective are Jones and Handlebar Marinovich going to be (I expect big things from them this year)?
Though it's only the 1st game of the year, I think this is a very important one to win for us for several reasons:
(1) we really need it to get off to a good start this year and gain some momentum and it could (emphasis on could) decide whether we go bowling or not (though I expect us to be in the 7 win range myself)
(2) i never realized how bad we have been against the ACC until Marrone's presser
(3) need the W to keep the fans coming back after last year's poor showing at home.
