UVA is #1 in the nation in zone offense efficiency but they are soooo hard to guard man to man. UVA is my favorite to cut down the nets

Niang might be the best player left in the tournament (and one of the best in the country) to be equipped to beat the zone almost by himself. He can score from 3 all levels and has the passing ability, vision, height and shooting ability.

It's been a weird game - Gill had one possession where he carried it sooooooooooo badly twice in the post that he might as well have not been dribbling. He also discarded Niang pretty badly on that last possession - no call, Iowa State got the board though so no harm. Niang also should have been going to the line one that one drive.

This falls under the category of "if you have nothing nice to say..." but I'm going to remember that one next time someone talks about college cheerleaders as athletes. Yikes.
