Is it possible to embed a tweet?

Not sure how to explain it.

In my internet travels I sometimes come across sites that have tweets embedded into a post much like a picture would be. Was curious if that was possible here or if people were simply copying and pasting the relevant tweet text instead.

there must be an easier way of doing it, but when I really want to embed a tweet, I use Snag It to turn it into a jpg, save that on imageshack, then load it like any other image. I'll usually link directly to the tweet in a line of text.
