yeah you won a title but with what concessions
Stern said:Sad part is most fans don't care about the nonsense. They just wanna see wins and championships. In the eyes of the FSU faithful it doesn't tarnish or change anything regarding their championship. Honestly it's like that at most if not every school
Most SU fans were ok with DC blowing up the side of another students face...

Did I miss the trial?Winston was found not guilty, right? I don't recall if there were other off the veils matters besides Jameis. What am I forgetting?
These two were not on the championship team. Not saying FSU is not tarnished but seems unfair that the title team gets slack because of two players who did not participate in the game.
Winston never went to trial. He was not charged because there was not enough evidence to show that a crime occurred.

A 19yo having s e x with a 15yo isn't something I consider to be in the same zip code as striking a woman. http://www.dailypress.com/sports/vi...shai-mckenzie-guilty-0710-20150709-story.html
Devendorf was given another chance after slapping that female student. Like you've said, it's an issue everywhere.
Isn't one rape? That is an entirely different zip code.
And here's why there "wasn't enough evidence".Winston never went to trial. He was not charged because there was not enough evidence to show that a crime occurred.
Wasn't the Video evidence erased also.....never to be found again. And here's why there "wasn't enough evidence".
The police did not follow the obvious leads that would have quickly identified the suspect as well as witnesses, one of whom videotaped part of the s e xual encounter. After the accuser identified Mr. Winston as her assailant, the police did not even attempt to interview him for nearly two weeks and never obtained his DNA.
The detective handling the case waited two months to write his first report and then prematurely suspended his inquiry without informing the accuser. By the time the prosecutor got the case, important evidence had disappeared, including the video of the s e xual act.
