If you define "good" as career averages of 5.9 ppg, 5.2 rpg, 1 apg and 0.5 bpg, then yes. His jersey being retired in OKC is almost as bad as the Miami Heat retiring Michael Jordan's and Dan Marino's numbers.

It would be the equivalent of the Nuggets retiring Danny Schayes’ jersey. Schayes had more career win shares but didn’t spend his career in one location.
