Yes, right now it is open to all. Look in the lower left hand corner from the main page of a board and you should see the link. No premium board yet but one is in the works.

A premium board IS in the works? Will there be a cost to access it, I'm assuming, or will people just need to apply for access to keep out all the riffraff?
