I cannot wait for SU to officially join the ranks of the ACC (should be around end of 2013 - early 2014). This will be huge for this university and for it's athletic programs.
Football: way more exposure recruiting along the Eastern seaboard, huge games coming up for the Dome on an annual basis (assuming we keep all teams intact, still improved even if we don't keep all), better TV deals and coverage, hopefully better facilities through the support of boosters and alumni
Basketball: new series against the likes of Duke, UNC, Ga Tech, WF, MD, NCST and continued rivalry with Pitt. When Duke and UNC come to the Dome, it will be electric. UConn is said to be the next school in with Rutgers, so we get to keep Calhoun around too.
Lacrosse: WOW. Cuse, Virginia, UNC, Maryland...
