It's showtime -- let the (NBA) games begin!

Cavs don't want to get back on a plane to Oakland.
As someone who thought Cavs would take both at home ... Warriors run away tonight.
It's gon' be ugly.

Remember when the Celtics beat the Lakers by 39 in Game 6 (2008)? That kind of ugly.

Steve Kerr, as usual, is spot on. I would put my IRA on the 1951 NBA champion Rochester Royals smokin' the 2017 Warriors or Cavs. No contest.

Really think they would just lay down? I don't... These guys are competitors.. Idk

Any talk of the Cavs taking the L laying down tonight is ridiculous.

I'm a Celtics fan through and through but I won't pretend like Lebron James isn't one of the sports world's top competitors. Dude wants to win.

No I don't think they are just going to lay down. But this is a mental thing now, a subconscious thing.

Not going back through the whole thread, but when did Ohio claim they were called the Land?

Really atrocious start.

Gotta figure cleveland wasn't laying down

No idea why people think that

So does anybody become the scapegoat in Cleveland after the series? Or is this just a "meh, it's the Warriors" thing and Cleveland resigns themselves to being 2nd best?

We'll see a return of the martyr Lebron days of 2007-2010 where they'd win 60 games with a team that supposedly sucked ass besides Lebron. Now we'll get to see the trashing of Love and Irving by the those that go to the wall for LJ. All three Cleveland stars are great BTW, they're just outgunned by the Warriors with KD.

Poor Lebron. He only has 2 superstars playing with him alongside Thompson and shooters all over.

I honestly do feel bad for Lebron and the fact people have the audacity to suggest KD is better than him until I remember he started this superteam bs.

The difference between the Spurs' defensive technique and the Cavs is startling.
