That is the rule as of now. I suspect that the ivies may pass a rule to allow sr's that didn't get a season because of the virus be allowed to play next year.

Thank you. It has always puzzled me that so many people don't have any idea that endowments are restricted gifts. Also, I believe it is common for endowments to be invested and only the interest is available to be spent.

no when the endowment is made they do it with the restriction in place.. you could endow 100 million where the interest is used and then have a rule that says when you need a new music building you can use it..
