Gambling, drugs, prostitution, all should be legalized. Best way to try to knock out illicit drug dealing and sex trafficking. ( I would also make child pornography/prostitution a capital offense or at least life imprisonment)
Shine the light, get treatment, help, education, out front, without stigmatizing. Far less expensive than courts, trials and jail/prison. Collect tax revenues.

if someone makes false claims of criminal conduct or lies about it, their criminal punishment is the same as the person they accused was facing, and it cannot be plead down.
Violent rape/drug rape. Life in prison.
Papers should not print the name of accused sex offenders. Even if proven innocent, they are branded. Withhold both names until there is a conviction.
Term limits and no lifetime benefits for any elected or appointed politician.
