Do you resign if you aren't part of the PSU mess? Nope.

I don't know. I would have to ask how long he had been the CEO. As I understand it, Sandusky admitted to Second Mile that he was being investigated, and withdrew from activity with the organization. So what steps did they take after they found out? Did they find out before that?

So many questions still to be answered. But it's certainly within the realm of possibility that the CEO knew, and allowed involvement to continue as you suggest.

...also district judge who gave Sandusky a walk of sorts, is under scrutiny by chief justice of PA supreme court...bet is she should have reclused self and not been part of bail setting etc...she is going to be done as a judge or receive significant bad evaluation...as she deserves

If I understand correctly the "Judge" that set bail was a Magesterial District Court Judge, kind of the equivalent of a District Justice, Village or Town Justice in NY. While she was an attorney, those positions aren't exactly known for being held by America's great jurists. In fact, I am not even sure that a law degree is a prerequisite to winning the position.

Patricia Coble, a now former The Second Mile fundraising volunteer who worked for the organization for the past 10 years, said that when she heard the news of Sandusky's arrest she felt like she was punched in the stomach.

"I do absolutely think that Jerry Sandusky started this foundation with the intent of having children readily available for his needs," Coble said. "To work for a foundation that is nothing but a front for child abuse? No, they should be held accountab

do you have a link for this quote?

Who is "they" she mentions here? Sandusky obviously, but is she referring to someone within Second Mile as well?

With regards to the GJ presentment, it reads like there was someone inside Second Mile who was hand selecting boys for Sandusky... screening the kids to pick out the most vulnerable ones. SICK.
