I'd imagine they don't desire as much. Seems Dino has the role of figure head and the rest are allowed to get own with their days without bother.

If all goes well, so far it's been great, maybe our future head coach. I hope if we have success, Dino's successor is a guy already on staff. It seems so far that we have a lot of qualified candidates.
