This time in Central New York, LePak’s responsibilities will include supporting the offensive coaching staff in implementing game plans and practice preparation, according to the job posting. He will break down opposing game film, provide analytical assessments of opponents, self-scout SU and create reports on personnel, scheme and tendencies. He will contribute heavily to each week’s game plan.

He worked for Gilbert last year as a WR coach. It makes no difference for me. It's a good hire anyway.

Agree. Started off as a Babers guy, but have to think that if Gilbert thought he was a useless jerk that couldn't contribute anything after last season, he wouldn't have been hired.

LePak, who worked on the Orange’s support staff from 2016-18

Doesn't that make him a Babers guy ?
Or a Babers Gilbert guy.
A star tight end for Orange head coach Dino Babers at Eastern Illinois
LePak served as a graduate assistant for Babers in 2015 at Bowling Green
