I appreciate Grant there to support and root on his brother. I'm all about that solidarity. But I have a major issue with Jerami wearing an ND jersey at the game.

Come on, dude. You don't have to wear an SU jersey but wear a generic outfit. Wearing an ND jersey is not a good look at all. You went to SU, not ND. Try to remember it was your hard work at SU that helped you earn your contract.

Rant over.

Dude...really?

He's supporting his brother. And it's nothing new for stuff like this between brothers. I remember a Syracuse football game when Qadry Ismail was here, and Rocket was down on the sideline for the game...decked out head to toe in Syracuse gear.

Yes, it's serious. It's my opinion. On a message board.
Obviously you are free to your opinion, no disrespect intended. I dont see the problem with it. He's just expressing his support for his brother, I would do the same thing in his place.

How dare a sibling show public support by wearing his brother's number at a game his brother is playing in. Jerami should come to SyracuseFan.com and post polls:

__ Wear old Syracuse uni
__ Wear brothers uniform
_x_Wear generic outfit

The only good thing that could have happened tonight would have been if both teams lost.

It's my opinion that it's not a good look. Its not a hanging offense. So, let's say tonight was the NBA Finals and Jerian was playing tonite for the Spurs. Would it be fine for Jerami to show up in a Spurs jersey even though he's with another franchise?

It just rubs me the wrong way.

It's not a big deal, but I'm not a fan of it.

Jerami tweeted a picture in before the last ND Game with his bro's jersey on and at the end it said "Still orange for life though"

So don't be too upset, he still loves us!

I'm not that upset it just bummed me out a little. I cringed. And the Orange fan I watching the game with felt that same way. Not a big deal.

Thats not a fair comparison. Jerami is not currently on the Syracuse roster.

I understand, and obviously you're entitled to that. But the situation you describe isn't really comparable, IMO. Jerami can't play against Jerian this year, so it's kinda moot to consider that. And personally, if the Sixers were out (because, of course the Sixers will be out, because they're the Sixers) and Jerami showed up wearing a Spurs t-shirt to cheer fro his brother, I would have zero issues with that. I'd understand it's a dude who loves his brother and is showing his support because he wants to see his brother do well.

Didn't see that. That is great to hear. As I said, rant over.

If Jerami was still at SU and at the game I doubt he's wearing that jersey anyway. No big deal regardless.
