He was, but he certainly wasn't efficient with his off the ball movement. I don't remember him getting much help though in the way of screens and ball rotations to match his movement. We used to run lots of off ball screens and double screens to get our shooters open looks. My recollection is that died out sometime in the early 2010s, about the same time most of our offensive creativity disappeared. So, TC was left to his own devices to get open, which resulted in many laps around the halfcourt.I thought Cooney was pretty good considering he was our only outside threat.
