I think Carc is in the call, so we see a Football edition of the Long Island Guidos. How about the first play of the game being filardi to villari double pass
Wonder if we will win the face off, I mean elect to deferStat prediction: 20 pass attempts, 4 rushing attempts, 3 shots on goal.
Refs stop the game twice to try and decide how many yards to penalize us for cross checking.
He is a great story teller.I saw Jaime tell that story a few years ago, thought it was a great line, and endeavored to someday use it myself.
Even though Joe does not have red hair.

Tim Glisker was special teamed and backup linebacker that played middie for a year or two in the late 90s. Not sure if Scott Schwedes ever picked up a stick at SU but I know he was outstanding at JD in high school.Let's get in the spirit:
SU athletes to play both football and lacrosse. I will start ... (I am sure there are more)
I remember Jovan Miller came to SU with the potential/intent to play both, but I do not believe it came to fruition.
- Jim Brown
- John Mackey
- Gerhard Schwedes
- Jeff Lowe
Current TE Wyatt Bowman also appears to have the potential, as he was a top 25 lax recruit, but he is focused solely on football.
Joey Spallina is going to come out and play slot on the goal line. He’s going to catch the ball at the one and go behind the back tp VillariI think Carc is in the call, so we see a Football edition of the Long Island Guidos.
If Filardi is half as good as Jim in both sports we have a winner for the next 4 years.Joey Spallina is going to come out and play slot on the goal line. He’s going to catch the ball at the one and go behind the back tp Villari
Ray White was excellent at both sports. He also played both ways on the 1970:football team. My ol’ friend Drew Marchiano was an excellent lacrosse player and a football reserve.Tim Glisker was special teamed and backup linebacker that played middie for a year or two in the late 90s. I like it. High level athletes are a different breed. The confidence and way they handle themselves bring a whole lot of swagger. Excited to see how he does.
