I believe the Euroleague is like the champions league in that the teams change but someone please correct me if I'm mistaken. I'd love to see relegation and promotion in the NBA. Alas, I don' t think it's in the cards.

Euroleague is the basketball version of champions league. Spain's ACB is second and the Turkish Super League is third. Lithuania, where Gillon currently is, is regarded as a lower tier league. If he does well, he could improve his standing internationally and play in Western Europe.
