Seems like a really good hire. Definitely some question marks about recruiting ability coming form Manhattan but seems like a very quality hire.

. Seems like he really knows the X's and O's and is very down to earth/likable; I just hope he can recruit as good as he can coach lol. That's my only concern, but hopefully he puts those concerns to bed quickly.

Manhattan was absolute trash about 10 years ago. They’ve come a long way since Odierna got there, a product no doubt of a great combination of coaching acumen and recruiting. I think we should all be excited.
