Weird of you to assume the only people who ever read this board are registered members. I’ve been reading for years. Were you even here? You must have missed a year full of posts.
Well, the posts don’t lie. They’re there.Weird of you to assume the only people who ever read this board are registered members. I’ve been reading for years.
Just watched a horrifyingly embarrassing display of basketball from our once proud program. Forgive me but I’m pretty upset right now and sick of it.Well, the posts don’t lie. They’re there.
So you’re telling me he WANTED to come back, we said no, and now both our star WRs end up at a playoff semi-finalist? What are we doing man. This kid is going to be an NFL draft pick
I know everyone hates him or whatever but pretty cool that he and Gill are at the same spot. Some good weapons for a potentially very exciting QB in Deuce Knight

I mean, ole miss is in the playoff and they see value. Maybe we’re the chumps here, not ole missA lot of these portal posts regarding our guys and wanting more money remind me a lot of, if you totaled your car and needed to get to work. Would you grossly overpay just to get a vehicle? No. But SU should for maybe above average talent. No thanks.
Again Gill was not pushed out. He chose to leave on his own.
That’s a total exaggeration. It was said countless times before the season that WR was by far the strongest position group on the team.

Not sure why you need to be so condescending, he’s a WR 1, you pay WR 1s not paying him but laying out cash for a bunch of unproven guys is stupid. Ole miss’s money doesnt grow on trees either but they paid the money out. Do they have more, sure but does that mean it’s free? No. Let’s calm down and not be such an ass shall we?I’m going to punch myself in the face now just because I’d need to do it later. And then later I’ll prob need to snort some coke and run around in traffic. But here goes on this endless circle jerk.
Do you realize what you’re typing? Are you an adult or younger kid who hasn’t taken economics yet. In case you weren’t aware, money doesn’t grow on trees. If it does, those trees don’t exist in upstate NY. How do I know this? Because people in upstate NY are the most negative group of people I’ve ever encountered in the many, many places I’ve been. It’s also likely though, if upstaters had a money tree in their backyard they would complain they couldn’t have two and that their neighbor has one too and why does he get one.
Anyway, point is. I know it’s strange but not all schools have the same amount of money. When schools who don’t have unlimited money are in that situation they have to figure out how to spend that money. Without blowing it on players who don’t deserve it. It’s like when I go to the grocery store. Pringles are pretty good as a snack pretending to be a chip. But if Pringle’s were all of a sudden $10 for a can, even if I could afford it I wouldn’t buy them. I’d just buy cool ranch Doritos instead.

No he is worth it because that’s what the market decidedAbout the response I expected. I know some schools don’t have as much money. But I expect SU to spend more money for a player than he is worth and more than they proportionally have based on his value.
Did I summarize that accurately?
I really love the new Genesis SUV.No he is worth it because that’s what the market decided
well in that case why pay for anyone? You can always find a ChevyI really love the new Genesis SUV.
The cost is awesome, and luxury is rated almost equivalent to some others- BMW, Lexus, Mercedes, et al.
Anyway, let me shell out the extra ducats for a Lexus instead, just because...
