Fair enough. But it's uncouth, immature, and lacks decorum. They are a team, not just a "5-star WR surrounded by 3-stars". That's just tacky.
And to proudly announce himself beforehand as Johntay's uncle, and seemingly wanting to take credit for the kid being on his 3rd school, shows an utter disregard for how selfish he sounds.
So what if he's right, it still was wrong and puts his nephew in a tough position w/ Rickie and most likely the coaching staff. Stupid.

This is kind of stuff you deal with when you’re dealing with top rated *HS* talents. The kid and their family have had dreams of an NFL payday since the kid was a freshman in HS and in some cases that creates an air of arrogance, entitlement, and selfishness about them.

The two fumbles ? Whatever. One caused by a vicious illegal hit to the head, and the second caused by a great fundamental play by the defender to punch the ball out.

Amazing what great QBs can do for their Coaches whether it’s Dingey earning Dino an extension or McCord making Brown/Nixon look incredible. Talent is everything but the caller is…hilarious, Ill say.

Maybe Uncle Popoff is the reason why he's been on multiple teams. But I can understand the uncle's frustration. I do think it's a bit premature. If Ricky is playing after the Pitt game, maybe it's warranted. But Jhontay has how many years left? Angelli is back next year. Keep playing hard this year, be a team player, and show NFL scouts that he's not a prima donna who only cares about himself.
