It's interesting to me to see that some of teams with similar offensive systems to us have some of the biggest olines in the country (Mizzou, Oklahoma, Washington State). I wonder if that is the kind of size our coaches are trying to have up front eventually or if oline size is an actual factor in running the system or what. Would be interesting to hear our coaches or coaches from similar systems discuss their ideal oline size, or if they determine it to be a significant factor.
Yeah usually caused by the offensive player lowering the boom. If they eliminated that you’d eliminate a lot of injuries. If defenders can’t lead with head offensive players shouldn’t eitherCommonly referred to as "The Turtle"
