Looks like Rocky has recruited this JUCO in the past for New Mexico and San Diego State. Pretty sure this is largely his doing.

In the ACC, there are a lot of big physical WRs. You can't cover them with 5'10, 180 pound guys. Gotta have some DBs with size like this to have a chance.

IMHO, he has a good chance to break into the two deep and get playing time in 2023.
