Had read that he owned a large number of Wendy’s restaurants. He Worked at several of them when he bought them to learn the business. He was one smart, industrious person who knew there was a life after basketball.

Truly amazing.
BUT...his Louisville team still needed a little luck to beat SU in the 1975 Final 4 "consolation" game when Jimmy Lee's potential game winner circled the rim or an hour and a half before falling out.
