Wish for Red to have the junior year leap where the game slows down for him and everything makes sense. (Kind of joking, but coaches do improve over time. )

I would love for Red to improve. But, he hasn't shown any ability to coach. He or his staff. The fear is that if we are able to build a really good roster, they may be just good enough to make the tournament. And, that will become our new comfort zone. Whereas a good coach can take lesser players and go just as far and take the same or better players and take them further. I don't believe in Red as a coach, I really hope he proves me wrong.

That’s part of why I used 20 wins in my comment upthread… I fear Red will take a 24-7 regular season group of players and end up with a 20-11 record.
