This schedule is incredibly difficult, but if it has one saving grace it'd be that our opponents that we can compete with consistently are all (except for North Carolina State) at home. We also notice that every home game except for Clemson is against a team who we should have the talent to defeat on a given day/night. So that, as many others have pointed out, adds up to 7 games (CCSU, MTSU, CMU, @NC State, Pitt, WF, BC) that we should have a good shot of winning, with the other 5 (@ LSU, Clemson, @ Miami, @ FSU, @ Louisville) being utterly brutal. If we can somehow pluck one from those last 5 a bowl game is within reach, if not we really need to do VERY well in the 7 game group I outlined.
