What I saw last night from KJ was scary. I don't care about his awful shooting that happens. He played his side if the zone like a freshmen and rebounded like a high school senior. When we were down 4 and he left kilpatrick to double up top was the single worst play of the game. Shocking. The fact that he didn't grab one rebound...well I don't know what to say.

kJ...please re-watch that game and decide if you want the opportunity to play in a final four. Challenge yourself to grab 10 rebounds a game. Lead by example and play with emotion. Your a senior...act like one.

He tried to trap Wright twice and both times Cash found Kilpatrick wide open for a 3, awful plays on KJ's part.

The team (outside of Dion) just didn't look motivated last night. Hell, for 30 minutes against UConn they didn't look like they cared, then at the 8 minute mark they were just like "we should probably win this game", and they did. When you're 31-1 sometimes it's hard to get up for these regular season games. I think if we were playing GTown last night, it would have been a different story.

They'll be ready for the NCAAs, and that's all that matters right now.

Yep - his defense was horrible - he is the one who should have been benched - either James or Rak should have been in most of the game. Dont know why JB pulls Rak for a minor D infraction but keeps KJ in mistake after mistake after mistake.

Hopefully this game is the kick in the @$$ that they need going into next week.

Going into this game i had the exact same thought you had about getting up for Gtown. How often do you watch a game where you play the winner, see the better team lose (Gtown) and think ok we got this, only for that team to come out and play riiiiiiiiiidiculous, while we play horrible? No doubt in my mind we beat Gtown last night.

Going into last night I wasn't even worried and thought no doubt we would win; and I never feel that way in a Big East tourney, especially in a semi-final, I wouldn't be surprised if the players thought the same.

I remember when we thought we caught a break by getting Butler. Yeaaaaa lol

Look Kj hasn't been very good all year. I would say that he makes more mistakes then any player on the team. He doesn't have a mature game. I also don't think his knees are any good. He's not the athlete that he was as sophomore. He's simply list quickness

I think that at this point they would be a better team with James getting the majority of the minutes. He's a bettter defender, rebounder and I think he makes fewer mistakes. I also think he's a bigger offensive threat

KJ is a bit of a baby and hurting his thumb screwed his attitude for the game. On top of it i think he is worn out from the season. His Knees are beat up the rest will do him good. I think he shows up for the dance

Wishful thinking but he really hasn't been that great all year. Is anyone going to miss himafter he graduates? To me he's been a disapointment. In fairness though it may be because of his knees

Can't answer that question yet.

Funny thing is, for all this talk, if we win the title and he averages 18ppg he'll be looked at as one of the best Cuse players ever. The next 6 (hopefully) games will decide his legacy.

That's what was unbelievable. Joseph went to the scorer's table midway through the second half and checked in for Southerland. My girlfriend said "South never looks tired; he doesn't need a breather." I thought it was odd. South never checked back in.

I can't imagine why Boeheim would sub our worst wing defender (and a guy who is a human turnover who hasn't been hitting any shots) for our best wing defender (who has been struggling to hit shots but rarely turns it over).

That stunk. Boeheim's done a pretty good job this year using the carrot/stick approach with the guards - playing time for those who contribute, bench for those who take bad shots or make dumb turnovers. He hasn't done a bit of that with Joseph, and that was one factor in the loss last night.
