I’m watching this interview as well. I don’t get the sense that he knew at the time of the recording what the decision from the NCAA is. Like, did they record this early this morning and the decision came out a few hours later? That’s my read.

Fran also did a nice job of promoting Kyle in the NFL draft saying he should be top 5 in the QB class. He wants what is best for Kyle and his family but he’d love to have him back if that is what he decides.
